Zac Hollis Introduces Petr Solc to India
The video has been shared by the official Skoda India channel on YouTube. Zac starts by thanking the Indian customers and his team for his impressive tenure at Skoda India. He was responsible for implementing Skoda’s India 2.0 strategy under which products like the Slavia and Kushaq were launched. These proved to be the game-changers for the Czech brand in India making India the third-biggest market for Skoda after Germany and the Czech Republic. It has recently achieved its highest monthly sales figures and has been breaking its own previous highs consistently.

In the video, Zac takes Petr to a newly opened Skoda dealership. He explained the premium environment setup at the dealership to offer the customers a better car purchasing experience. On top of that, Zac stressed upon the process of digitalisation across its showrooms in the country. Skoda has worked on increasing the dealership and service centres in the past couple of years. Moreover, due to heavy localisation, the maintenance and spare parts costs have been brought down significantly. That is what the brand aims to focus on even in times to come.

Finally, Zac gives Petr a tour of the Slavia and Kushaq which have been instrumental in the unprecedented success of the brand in the last couple of years.
