Zac Hollis is known for being active on social media platforms and establishing direct contact with customers. On the Skoda Owners Club if India page on Facebook, an existing Skoda owner registered an informal complaint directed to Zac Hollis, Director of Sales and Marketing, Skoda India. The owner expressed his frustration when he asked Frontier Skoda Jabalpur to test drive the new Skoda Kushaq. However, after repeated requests, he was unable to get an official appointment. The staff didn’t take matters seriously and didn’t seem to be interested in ensuring a professional experience for the potential customer.

After visiting the showroom, the Skoda owner was told that no model of the Kushaq was available for a test drive, which is really bizarre. He, then, wanted to take the new Octavia for a spin but the dealership staff told him that there was no fuel in the sedan either. Weirdly, he also told the Skoda owner that the senior management will scold him. This aggrieved the owner tremendously as he promised to never go into that dealership again. He rented out his horrible experience on Facebook for everyone to read. Replying to this post, Zac Hollis said, “Thanks for feedback. We will ensure coaching is put in place”.
