Yo Yo Honey Singh was recently caught telling about why he doesn’t own or drive supercars anymore. Hirdesh Singh aka Yo Yo Honey Singh started his recording artist career back in 2003. The singer, songwriter and actor gained prominence quickly with his hit rap songs. However, he went under the radar around 2012 when he became seriously ill. He was away from the rap scene for so long that he was on the verge of being forgotten. But he became healthy again and released his new music. Now, he is spotted in public quite often.

Yo Yo Honey Singh on his Supercars

In fact, that is something that we see all across the world. Rappers typically feature exotic cars in their music videos. However, Honey Singh confirms that it was not his own sportscar which is seen in his latest video. He had borrowed it for the music video from the son of his friend.

Talking more about this, he mentions that he used to have a lot of sportscars back in the day. That is also considered the golden period of the rapper in the industry. No wonder he was roaming around in opulent cars at the time. He also reveals that he used to have races in sportscars on the expressways in Noida and Gurgaon with his friends. The traffic was way less back then as these expressways were just coming up on the outskirts of Delhi.

During his treatment, he was advised by the doctors to not get involved in high-speed driving which is when he sold off his sportscars. Finally, he says that he doesn’t have that passion for driving fast cars anymore. It was only when he was young that he wanted to do such idiotic stunts on public roads.
