Actor Yami Gautam recently purchased the flagship BMW X7 in Metallic Blue colour. Yami is an established Indian actress who began her career as a model. Thereafter, she landed roles in popular daily soaps before making her Hindi film debut in 2012 with the successful Vicky Donor opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. This film got her the Zee Cine Award for Best Female Debut. There was no looking back from there. Today, she has given tons of hits in her successful career. Being a top Bollywood actor, it is natural to splurge on ostentatious automobiles.

Yami Gautam Buys BMW X7
Note that this is the latest generation model of the X7. The original version was launched in India back in 2019. Being the flagship model, it is bound to be incredibly luxurious and comfortable in addition to being a performance-oriented SUV. BMW cars are known for their exceptionally exquisite driving dynamics. In fact, the X7 is only offered in a single “M Sport” trim at the moment. For the uninitiated, the M prefix in any BMW car represents the performance division. But it is not the hardcore and extreme M Competition trim which just focuses on pure performance.

Interior and Features
The inside of the X7 oozes luxury and opulence. You would find a generous use of premium materials everywhere inside the cabin. There is a huge 14.9-inch Infotainment Display connected with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster with the latest OS from BMW, a colossal Panoramic Sunroof, a 14-colour Ambient Lighting, a Premium Sound System, a Digital Key and more. In terms of safety, the SUV comes with a 360-degree Camera, Dynamic Stability Control, Cornering Brake Control and a ton of ADAS features to enhance active safety.

Specs
The BMW X7 comes with two-powertrain options – a 3.0-litre turbo petrol and a 3.0-litre turbo diesel engine. The former outputs 381 PS / 520 Nm, while the diesel mill generates 340 PS / 700 Nm of peak power and torque respectively. Both these engines come mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission powering all four wheels via BMW’s trademark xDrive all-wheel-drive system. The prices range from Rs 1.22 Crore to Rs 1.25 Crore, ex-showroom.
