The new render was shared by abin_designs_511 on Instagram. It showcases the Yamaha R15’s 400cc Version in two colors (Blue and Red). The bulky design looks like a powerful superbike with sports muscles. The aggressive front fascia features angled headlamps and a visor with narrow handlebars. It uses an overall Black theme with Red/ Blue highlights. Both alloy wheels feature large disc brakes with a Black finish. The sleek exhaust pipe comes with a stylish silver cover that further accentuates the aesthetics. The fully-faired body kit encloses the engine. Most components are covered and boxed with a black finish. On the back, the Yamaha R15 features a split seat with a sleek tail-end and LED taillamps.

The Yamaha YZF R15 V4 is powered by a 155cc BS6 engine that offers a power of 18.1 bhp and a torque of 14.2 Nm. The single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine gets a six-speed gearbox with a slipper and an assist clutch. The sports bike comes up with an anti-locking braking system. There are disc brakes on both the front and rear. The Yamaha YZF R15 V4 has a fuel tank capacity of 11 liters and weighs 142 kg. Safety features include a dual-channel ABS and a side-stand engine cut-off function. The Yamaha YZF R15 V4 comes with a starting price of Rs 1,73,550 in India.
