Yamaha India launched the FZ25 earlier this year and now, the manufacturer has come up with the full-fairing version of this streetnaked. Dubbed as the Fazer 25, the new 250cc bike from Yamaha is essentially a FZ25 with a fairing. From the looks of it, the new bike makes for a pretty good sports-tourer. The Fazer 25 comes at a competitive price point of s 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). While it might be a bit early to comment, we feel that the Fazer 25 will become a worthy contender for tourers willing to upgrade from, say, a Bajaj Pulsar 220. We’ve come up with a comparison between the Yamaha FZ25 and the Yamaha Fazer 25 in our post here. So read on for Yamaha FZ25 vs Fazer 25. Also See- Yamaha Fazer 25 vs Bajaj Pulsar RS200
Akin to the international-spec Yamaha Fazer 250 that you see above, the new motorcycle has a front fairing. However, for the new India-spec model, the fairing is more elaborate and hence, the Fazer 25 for India looks even sportier. This fact has been confirmed by the images that you will see on this page.

Yamaha FZ25 | Rs 1,19,500 |
Yamaha Fazer 25 | Rs 1,28,335 |

Quite unsurprisingly, the Fazer 25 is costlier than the FZ25. This is thanks to the front fairing. While the FZ25 has been on sale for a price of Rs 1.19 Lakh (ex-showroom), the Fazer 25 has a sticker price of Rs 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). We feel that the full fairing and the big bike look more than justify this increase in price.
