Mahindra Mojo ABS has started reaching dealerships, ahead of its launch very soon. The prices, engine specs and features have been leaked online.
Mahindra 2-wheelers now retails Gusto and Mojo only. The Gusto has been updated with CBS for the safety norms, but Mojo is still without ABS. As of now, the product of Mojo has been discontinued, which will commence soon.
Mahindra Mojo is an urban cruiser, with a 300cc engine and a stylish appeal. However, post its early months of launch, the sales went down for this motorcycle. Mainly because not much people wanted a pricey Mahindra two-wheeler.
Now, the new spy shots of Mahindra Mojo ABS along with the prices, features, dimensions and engine specifications have been leaked. Here’s what you can expect from the new version of Mojo.

1. ABS
Importantly, the new Mahindra Mojo will come with ABS as standard fitment. It will be getting a dual-channel ABS, as all of its competitors get the same setup. For braking, it will continue with the same disc brakes at both the ends.
2. Revised Engine
The leaked documents show that Mojo will get a revised 294.7cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, that produces 26.3 BHP at 7500 RPM. The torque figures are unknown, but it might offer around 30 Nm. The engine will not be BS-6 compliant as of now, but the manufacturer might upgrade it later this year.
3. New Tyres
The spy shots reveal that it gets new Pirelli Angel CT tires, which are more premium. MRF Nylogrip Zappers come on the UT and Pirelli Diablo Rosso comes on the XT variant. Stickier tires will improve the handling of the bike.

4. Prices And Variants
The prices of the Mahindra Mojo ABS are likely to increase by nearly Rs 4,000, going for Rs 1.88 Lakhs (ex-showroom). Also, the XT and UT variants will be discontinued and will get a single ABS variant. The UT base the variant and the XT was the top-spec trim, which came with some cosmetic differences and a different engine tuning.
5. New Features
Mahindra Mojo is equipped with features such as a digital-analogue instrument cluster, Twin-pod headlamps, LED tail lamps, front and rear disc brakes. Based on the spy shots, we can confirm that it will get ABS and LED DRLs as well.
