Ranking at No. 1, MG Motor India scored 868/1,000 points, while Hyundai came second with 845 points. Kia is third with 831 points.
The respondents include car buyers who made a purchase from January-December 2021, with the exclusion of April-June 2021 owing to the severe pandemic condition.
MG India has also ranked highest in the J.D. Power 2021 India Sales Satisfaction Index Study. It has scored 881/1000 points, followed by Toyota at 877 points and Hyundai at 875 points.
The owners’ satisfaction with sales process is measured on six factors- Delivery process (20%); Dealer facility (18%); Paperwork completion (17%); Working out the deal (15%); Sales consultant (15%); and brand website (14%).
MG debuted in India with the Hector in 2019. Today, its lineup also includes Hector Plus, Gloster, Astor and updated ZS EV.
