This is a video showing the ownership review of the Tata Tiago CNG after driving 1,30,000 km. The rising fuel prices have forced customers to look for alternate options. As a result, many carmakers are introducing CNG versions of their popular products. Maruti and Hyundai are the leaders in this race as well. Tata is also slowly making its way into this space. The emission norms are becoming stricter and the fuel prices are getting higher. Hence, the need to adopt alternate fuel-powered vehicles is gaining popularity. People are going for aftermarket CNG fitting for their regular cars as well. This video represents the ownership review of the Tata Tiago CNG installed by the owner aftermarket. Here are the details of the review.

Tiago CNG Ownership Review
The owner of the Tiago installed CNG when the car had been driven 30,000 km and the reading at the current moment is 1,30,000 km. The car has been driven on CNG for 1,00,000 km which is quite impressive. He is in a perfect position to share his experience with having a CNG cylinder in the boot of the car. According to the owner (for the video), the Tiago gives a range of around 220 km on a full tank. Even in the city use, the car returns a range of around 150 km. Compared to the petrol-powered Tiago, this is way better in terms of economy and ownership costs.

The pick-up of the car is a bit slow in comparison to driving on petrol. However, that is only felt if one drives aggressively. In day-to-day scenarios, this loss in the pick-up is not felt much. Also, the affordability factor more than compensates for the low performance. Secondly, there is no space in the boot for carrying luggage. This is a genuine issue that could potentially concern some people. But if you are using this car for daily use, you probably won’t be travelling with large suitcases anyway. Otherwise, you have to keep one seat empty for the luggage. The video also highlights the build quality of Tata. Even after 1,30,000 km, there are no evident issues with the car. The clutch plate and shock absorbers are the only components replaced during this while which is a testament to Tata.
