The Magnetic Hill in Ladakh is a famous place that creates the illusion of a slope due to the mountains but in fact, is a downward slope causing drivers to be amazed.
A Tata Harrier is seen moving automatically on the Magnetic Hill in Ladakh. It has become a place of wonder for a whole bunch of travellers on their way to Ladakh. People often click pics and record videos of how vehicles move automatically on a seemingly inclined slope. The fact is that the topography of the place creates an illusion of the road being inclined but in reality is the other way around. Hence, car owners put the vehicles in neutral and they move on an assumed uphill slope autonomously creating wonder and amazement.

Tata Harrier on the Magnetic Hill
The video has been uploaded on YouTube. The narrator is heard saying that the Harrier is moving without any input from the driver. There is no acceleration and passengers are sitting in the SUV. But it starts moving on its own. On the magnetic hill, a ton of other people are also seen on the side of the road to click pics and record videos. The Harrier in the video is seen covering quite some distance before the driver has to apply the brakes to stop the car. Hence, it is evident that the slope is quite pronounced which might not be visible to the eye.
