VW Virtus vs Audi Q2 – Drag Race
This drag race has been conducted by Pratham Shokeen on his YouTube channel. For the first round, the team decides to turn the AC on and Traction Control OFF and put the vehicles in their sportiest settings. At the launch, the Q2 gains a slight lead upto around 100 km/h at which point the Virtus overtakes it to win the first round. It was a bit surprising to see the Audi struggle at high speeds. For the second round, the parameters remained the same.

However, the fight was even closer from the launch itself. Virtus took the lead almost at 70 km/h and remained ahead for the entire duration of the race. It is difficult to wrap your head around this performance by Virtus. To make the results fair and consistent, the drivers are swapped for the third round. But the results remained unchanged as the Virtus managed to decimate the Q2 convincingly. Therefore, we have a clear winner in the form of VW Virtus for this drag race.

Specs Comparison
The Audi Q2 comes powered by a 2.0-litre turbo petrol engine that makes 188 hp and 320 Nm of peak power and torque. It is mated to an automatic transmission. On the other hand, the Virtus used in this race comes with a 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine that develops 150 hp and 250 Nm of peak power and torque. Even though the Virtus is slightly low on power, it is also the heavier of the two which explains its tremendous performance. Also, the YouTuber feels that there was some issue with the Audi as it was not performing as expected.
