Volkswagen India offering attractive discounts on almost all its popular models on its seventh anniversary in the country
Volkswagen cars recently completed seven years in India. It maybe noted that while it was only in 2007 when the Volkswagen Group started selling VW cars in India, it commenced its Indian innings through Skoda Auto back in 2001. The Volkswagen Group India has today become an indispensable part of the Volkswagen AG, which has as many as eleven automotive brands under its umbrella. These brands include – Volkswagen Cars, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini, Seat, Skoda, Bugatti, Porsche, Scania, Seat, Volkswagen CVs, MAN and Ducati. In India, the Volkswagen group has already invested Rs 3,800 crores in India for setting up their production plant at Chakan, near Pune. Volkswagen India also has a plant in Aurangabad. Now, to commemorate the completion of seven years in India, the auto maker is offering some attractive discounts and offers on the Polo, the Vento and the Jetta, three of its largest selling models, till the end of this year. Volkswagen Jetta Discounts
The very capable Jetta sedan is now available with offers worth INR 80,000. Buyers get a cash discount of INR 50,000 and exchange bonus of INR 30,000. While this brings down the price of the TSI variant to around 12.5 lakhs, we need to remind you here that VW India would be launching the updated 2015 Volkswagen Jetta in the first half of 2015.
Volkswagen Vento Discounts
The Vento sedan gets cash benefits of up to INR 30,000, free insurance for the two years, and free extension of warranty for the third year. Buyers of this car also benefit from a free Annual Maintenance Contract for two years.
Volkswagen Polo Discounts
The Polo hatchback, which recently got an engine upgrade, along with some minor visual updates, is being sold with benefits of INR 18,000, along with a low EMI of INR 8,888.
