Volkswagen, globally renowned automaker recently announced an electric car based on its popular Volkswagen Golf Hatchback. The car will hit the roads by 2013. An electric version of Volkswagen Jetta will also be launched sometime in coming years.
Volkswagen E-motions Specifications
Volkswagen E-Motion will deliver an impressive 114 BHP power and a whooping torque of 270 Nm. The range will be a good 93 miles or 150 Km on one single full charge. Top speed will be limited electronically to a max of 135 KMPH which is good enough for a normal commuting car.
