This short clip has been uploaded by Karan Kumar Cars on YouTube. The vlogger is showing real-life footage of Jimny. While we understand that people test the build quality by pressing the body panels and banging the doors, etc, it is not the correct way to test the build quality of any car. There are designated authorities like Global NCAP, that are responsible for rewarding the cars with actual safety ratings. There are distinct tests in place that are designed to test all the aspects of a vehicle including the quality of the sheetmetal, load transfer during a collision, and active and passive safety equipment. We must be careful not to base our conclusions on videos like these but on official GNCAP ratings instead.
