Captain Virat Kohli is selling most of his luxury cars, as per the latest information. We have seen how expansive and opulent the car collection of the man was. Being one of the greatest batsmen of our generation, arguably of all time, he leads a lavish lifestyle. He has been the brand ambassador of Audi India for a long time now. That is the reason why he owns so many models of the German luxury carmaker. But now, he has reached a point in his life where he is giving preference to practicality rather than impulsive decisions.

Virat Kohli Selling his Luxury Cars
As per various news reports, Virat Kohli is in the process of selling most of his luxury cars. He was quoted saying, “Most of the cars I used to own were impulsive buys, I ended up hardly driving or travelling in them as well.” He adds, “Beyond a point, I was like this is pointless, so I ended up selling most of them and now we only use what we absolutely need to.” This is a clear indication of where Kohli is as per his mindset. This certainly looks like a mature approach which comes with age.

Addressing that, he also mentioned, “Most of the cars I used to own were impulsive buying decisions, I hardly enjoyed driving and traveling in those cars. After a point, it’s all kind of pointless, so I sold most of them and now we only use what we absolutely need. I think it is also part of growing up and being more aware and mature about things as well. You don’t feel like owning ‘toys’ as such, it is about being practical.” He recently had a baby with his superstar wife Anushka Sharma which also explains his inclination toward maturity and spirituality. Selling cars that he rarely drives is a part of that. Virat is prepping up for the next season of the IPL which is slated to commence on March 31, 2023.
