In the latest case of celebrity spotting, cricketer Virat Kohli was spotted in his swanky luxury electric SUV, the Audi e-tron 55. e-tron is the most prominent electric car in the lineup of Audi at the moment. It represents the brand’s future goals and technology. Virat has been the brand ambassador for Audi in India for a long time now which is why it is common to see him in the latest models from the German luxury carmaker. His car garage is full of ostentatious Audi cars.

This time around, the paparazzi caught a glimpse of the former Indian captain during an ad shoot. As per the description in the video, he was shooting in Juhu, Mumbai with the Quick Style team. However, he was away from the cameramen behind a gate. The cameramen are screaming his name and asking for photos but he was too far away. They got some shots as his swanky ride drives out of the gate.

Audi e-tron 55 Specs
The e-tron is the nameplate that the electric vehicles in Audi’s camp carry. It distinguishes them from the regular ICE-powered products. Under the floor sits a 95 kWh Li-ion battery pack that powers two Asynchronous electric motors (one on each axle) for an all-wheel-drive configuration. This setup develops 402 hp and 664 Nm of peak power and torque. It can drive 484 km on a single charge and the top speed is rated at 200 km/h. The acceleration from 0-100 km/h takes 5.7 secs.

The 5 m long electric SUV has a wheelbase of 2,928 mm which liberates acres of space for the passengers inside the cabin. A flat floor also helps with roominess while the latest tech and convenience features inside the cabin pamper the occupants. It has a kerb weight of 2,595 kg but the instant torque helps propel the EV to achieve rapid acceleration. The price of the Audi e-tron 55 is Rs 1.19 Crore, ex-showroom.
