An updated Royal Enfield Classic 350 has been spotted testing in Chennai. It gets some significant visual updates and might be equipped with a BS-6 engine.
Royal Enfield earlier confirmed that it would upgrade its existing lineup for the 2020 Auto Expo, of course with BS-6 engines. We suspect that the company has already begun the testing as a new spy shot of Classic 350 has been leaked.
There are few noticeable changes on the spotted test mule that can immediately tell the difference. However, the overall styling remains the same, with the old-school bike feel.
Only the rear portion of the Classic 350 facelift can be seen here. The tail lamp unit has been refreshed and now gets a chrome bezel. Earlier, it used to get a complete round unit without any chrome covering.

The seats have been changed and appear to be more cushioned for the rider as well as the pillion. Also, we can see flat foot pegs and chrome detailed bar-ends. These are all the visual updates that have been noticed.
The rear disc brake is seen here on the right hand side, which indicates a revised swingarm. The exhaust muffler is also a different unit which looks a bit shorter than the current one.
We suspect the spotted Classic 350 might be running with an updated BS-6 engine. In earlier media interviews, Siddhartha Lal, CEO of Royal Enfield, confirmed that they have already begun testing the engines and are well ahead of the deadline.
