Maruti is planning to bring the next-gen Alto K10 to our market which will be sold alongside the Alto 800.
The next-gen Alto will most likely come with a sole 1.0-litre K-Series engine making it the K10 model and here is a specs comparison with the current-gen Alto 800. Maruti has said that the demand for entry-level cars in India is reducing due to increased prices. That could be the reason why we might not see an 800-cc engine with the upcoming next-gen Alto K10. This means that the Alto K10 and 800 will be sold simultaneously.

Interior & Features
As far as the interior goes, there might be quite a substantial overhaul of the carbon layout. This could mean that the dashboard design has been changed, the features list could include a ton of modern amenities like Touchscreen Infotainment System with Connected Car Tech, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Smartphone Connectivity, Automatic AC, specious overall cabin including a large boot space and much more. We will have to wait for a bit longer to get the exact details of what the Alto will come equipped with. The prices could see a noticeable bump at the launch which is slated for August 18.
