Hero Motocorp plans to launch 5 new models this year. Out the upcoming Hero Scooters and bikes list, 3 are confirmed to launch and 2 of them are still speculated.
Hero Motocorp’s last biggest offering was Destini 125, followed by Hero Xtreme 200R. Both the models are a big thing for the brand, as Destini is its first time in the 125cc segment and Xtreme 200R, for the cheapest 200cc bike.
After Hero’s ongoing stint in the commuter segment with its best-selling Splendor, it is diverting itself in the entry-level performance motorcycle segment.

At the Auto Expo, Hero Motocorp mentioned that they would launch their new bikes around Rs 1 Lakh to maintain the competition. Xtreme 200R is also priced lower than Rs 1 Lakh, while its rivals are much pricier.
Upcoming Hero Scooters and Bikes in India:
Hero Maestro Edge 125
The first one we expect to launch is the Maestro Edge 125. At the launch of Destini 125, Hero officials confirmed the news of Maestro
Maestro Edge 125 is a sportier option to the traditional Destini. Maestro will get better styling cues and slightly higher power figures. Also, it will sport an optional front disc brake, which Destini fails to offer.
Maestro Edge 125 will get a 124.6cc air-cooled engine, from the Destini. The engine produces 8.7 BHP and 10.2 Nm of peak torque. The power figures from Edge might increase by 10% as compared to Destini.

Hero Xpulse 200
Xpulse 200 is delayed for a long time. Showcased almost a year back at the 2018 Auto Expo, it is still awaited. Its counterpart Xtreme 200R was launched in August last year.
Hero Xpulse 200 is a low-powered adventure motorcycle, built for off-roading and muddy trails. The suspension and the tires have been equipped accordingly. It replaces the defunct Hero Impulse, which was even low powered.
Xpulse 200 gets a 199.5cc air-cooled engine that produces 18 BHP and 17 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox.

Hero Xpulse 200T
Guess what, Xpulse 200 is not coming alone. It is bring along, its touring version, Hero Xpulse 200T. The touring motorcycle was recently unveiled at EICMA 2018.
Xpulse 200T looks very similar to Xpulse 200, but sees some changes in the suspension travel, body styling and alloy wheels. To support the tourer look, it also gets smoked headlamps, a tall windscreen and an engine belly pan.
It will use the same 200cc air-cooled engine that comes in Xpulse 200 and Xtreme 200R.

Hero XF3R (300cc bike)
At the Auto Expo 2018, Hero also showcased the XF3R concept. It is a naked street bike with a powerful 300cc engine. Although, there are no further news regarding this bike.
We expect Hero to launch this new bike as a Roadster with a 300cc engine. Sometime back, there were some rumors of the brand teaming up with Ducati to develop a 300cc bike. If it was this bike or another one, we have no clue.
If this bike launches, it will compete with the likes of Jawa 300, Mahindra Mojo UT 300 and Bajaj Dominar 400.

New Hero Karizma
The last one of the list of upcoming Hero scooters and bikes is the Karizma. This bike is a living legend. Back when it launched in the early 2000s, it created a stir. A homegrown brand developing a new sportsbike at an affordable price. What else do you want?
After years, it has seen around 3 new generation updates. Now, owing to the growing competition, the bike has faded out and barely makes any sales for the month.
Reports suggest that Hero could plan a all-new Karizma is a new fully-faired body. Unlike the semi-fairing in the current model, it will be developed to look like a proper sportsbike.
The engine specifications are unknown as of yet, but we expect it to use the same engine as in Karizma.
