Delhi Auto Expo 2010 was a huge event with about 2000000 visitors from various countries and 25 new automobile launched in a short span of time. The Auto Expo 2012 is going to be even larger, so large that there maybe two venues for the Auto Expo 2012. The organizers of Delhi Auto Expo have stated that all the space available for the Expo at Pragati Maidan (55,000 sq. m) has already sold old within one week.
The demand of actual space is about twice the space available at the Pragati Maidan Venue. The other venue for the Auto Expo 2012 will be in the Delhi and NRC region only. The additional space will ensure that most of the important automobile brands can get space for the Automobile Expo.
The Auto Expo 2012 will witness about 35 new car launches in India and will be a major event for all the automobile makers in India. This event is organized once every two years and attracts a lot of audience from auto journalists to automakers to common people who like to stay updated with the ongoing developments in the Automobile sector in India and around the world.
