To cash in on the festive season, TVS has launched a new White-Black dual-tone variant. It now comes in a total of four dual tone colour options now.
TVS Motor has added a dual-tone new colour option on its popular workhorse, Star City+. The motorcycle is now available in White-Black dual-tone option, as a part of the manufacturer’s festive season update.
The TVS Star City+ White-Black Dual Tone is priced at Rs 54,579 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is basically the same price for other dual-tone colours. The bike is also available in Grey/Black, Black/Red and Black/Blue colour options.
Recently, TVS also bought the Limited ‘Kargil’ edition on the Star City+, which goes for Rs 57,579 (ex-showroom). The other colour options include – Oscar Black, Celebrity Scarlet, Show-Stopper Blue, Grey Red-Matte, Grey-Silver Matte and Black Silver.

Star City+ uses a 109.7cc engine that produces 8.4 BHP at 7000 RPM and 8.7 Nm of torque at 5000 RPM. The engine comes mated to a 4-speed gearbox with a wet multi-plate type clutch.
For suspension, it uses telescopic forks at the front and 5-step adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers at the back. Braking is handled by 130mm drum brake at the front and a 110mm drum brake at the back.
The fuel tank capacity of Star City+ is 12 Litres and with an approximated mileage of 65 kmpl, it should give a riding range of around 700 kms on the go. The bike carries a kerb weight of 109 kgs.

Features onboard include aluminium grab rail, alloy wheels, electric start, Econometer, digital readout for odometer and fuel reading, service reminder and TVS’s Synchronized Braking Technology (SBT), which is another term of CBS.
TVS Star City+ goes against the likes of Hero Splendor, Yamaha Saluto, Bajaj Discover 110 and Hero Passion. TVS launched the Radeon 110cc commuter last year, which serves as a more premium alternative to the Star City.
