The TVS Scooty Pep Plus gets two new matte color options which are Coral Matte and Aqua Matte and these have been priced Rs. 1,500 more than the standard ones.
TVS has launched two new matte color options for the Scooty Pep Plus – Coral matte and Aqua matte. The TVS Scooty Pep Plus with these new color options now cost Rs 44,764, which is Rs 1,500 more expensive than the standard ones. The standard ones are priced at Rs 43,264 (all prices, ex-showroom, Delhi).
Apart from these two color schemes, the TVS Scooty Pep Plus also gets revised graphics, a 3D emblem and a new textured seat cover as well. Just like cars, the two-wheeler segment is also experiencing an all-time low in terms of sales numbers. These are just measures to lure more and more customers as the festive season approaches.
Apart from the new paint options and graphics, the scooter remains exactly the same mechanically. It continues to be powered by the same 87.8cc air-cooled Ecothrust engine that makes 5PS of power and 5.8Nm of torque. In terms of features, the Scooty Pep plus gets a mobile charger socket, side stand alarm, under-seat storage hooks, DRLs, an open glove box, and TVS’ patented ‘Eazy’ Stand technology.

The TVS Scooty Pep Plus rivals against the likes of the Hero Pleasure and the Honda Activa-I. Both of these scooters are priced at Rs 47,600 and Rs 51,254 respectively (all prices, ex-showroom Delhi). TVS also recently updated other scooters in its lineup which includes the Jupiter, Radeon and NTorq 125.

On another note, TVS has been keeping themselves busy with updates to almost their entire portfolio. TVS is currently working on the updated Apache RTR 200 4V, which will get Bluetooth connectivity just like the NTorq 125, and will display information such as lean angle, G-force, gear distribution and tour mode.
