Fresh report suggests that TVS is going to relaunch the top-spec Jupiter Grane soon, and with some more features like a Bluetooth-connected speedometer.
Last year, TVS had launched the Jupiter Grande, the top-spec variant of the lineup, priced around Rs 60,000. It came with many new features apart from the regular Jupiter and was one of the costliest 110cc motorcycles.
A couple of months back, it was discontinued because of its near pricing with TVS’s flagship scooter, Ntorq 125. Now Autocar reports that the TVS Jupiter Grande is set to make a comeback soon, with new features onboard.
The biggest highlight that it will get is a Bluetooth-connected speedometer, similar to one found on the Ntorq 125. The console will be a fully digital unit, with connection to the TVS connect app.

Through the app, you can use inbuilt navigation, get to know information like the last parked location, fuel reading and more. On the speedometer, you will get the call alert, message alert, phone battery, navigation and much more.
Other features onboard the TVS Jupiter Grande will include LED headlamps, diamond-cut alloy wheels, USB charging port and CBS as standard. The new version will get new colour options and refreshed graphics onboard.
The engine specs will remain the same, a 109.7cc engine producing 8 BHP and 8.4 Nm of peak torque. The report suggests that the scooter will be BS-4 at the time of launch, and the BS-6 engine will be put later.

For suspension, Jupiter uses telescopic forks at the front and shock absorber at the back. TVS offers drum brakes at both the ends with an option of a front disc brake as well. All the variants now come with Combi-Braking system (CBS).
Expect the Grande to demand Rs 2000 more than the current top-spec ZX variant, which is priced at Rs 59,950 (ex-showroom Delhi).
