TVS showcased an eco-friendly petrol-electric hybrid scooter called the TVS Qube at the Auto Expo 2012 in India. The Qube is a minimalistic and practical design with an aim to provide sustainable mobility for future. It is powered by a conventional petrol engine coupled with an electric drivetrain making it a Hybrid solution with long range, high fuel efficiency and low emissions.

It is a parallel Hybrid system and is quite close to a production model without much bells and whistles. It features a full function LCD Display, regenerative braking for higher efficiency , switchable power modes, clean and simple body work, and clean appearance.
