TVS Creon is speculated to launch in India in 2019-20 fiscal. If it launches, it will go against Ather scooters and Okinawa I-Praise.
TVS Creon was showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo alongside the Zeppellin cruiser. Both the concepts were of the electric vehicles that are currently under development.
Creon electric scooter is speculated to launch in India in the 2019-20 fiscal year. Chances are that it might be launched towards the end of 2019 or early next year.
At the Auto Expo, TVS showcased Creon as a performance oriented electric scooter. Also, we suspect that TVS might put it on the premium side of electric scooters.

TVS Creon gets an electric motor that delivers up to 16 BHP of power. As of now, no scooter offers such high power figures. The scooter sprints from 0-60 km/hr in just 5.1 seconds.
The total range offered on Creon is 80 kms, good for the city running. It takes just 1 hour to charge up to 80%. This will only be possible with the aid of a fast charger.
If TVS Creon is launched soon, it will squarely go up against Ather 340 and 450 and Okinawa i-Praise. Both of these E-scooters are priced above Rs 1 Lakhs, being the most premium electric scooter offerings.

Ather scooters offer a similar riding range, but get futuristic looks, front and rear disc brakes and many premium features to be the most expensive of the lot.
On the other hand, Okinawa i-Praise offers a practical riding range of up to 160 kms, which is the highest. It also offers many premium features, better than the regular Praise E-scooter.
TVS Creon will also feature many premium features, probably the first one to feature a parking assist system. It might get a digital speedometer integrated to Bluetooth, just like the one in Ntorq.
