The updated 2018 TVS Apache RTR200 ABS Carburetor gets Dual-Channel ABS with Rear Wheel Lift-off Protection (RLP)

Hosur-based South Indian two-wheeler manufacturer, TVS Motor Company, has officially launched the much-awaited ABS variant of the TVS Apache 200 4V. It’s worth a mention here that the 200cc Apache was launched over a year ago, but it’s only now that the carbureted motorcycle has received ABS. The new TVS Apache RTR200 ABS model, which has an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.07 lakh, gets a Dual-Channel ABS that has a Rear Wheel Lift-off Protection (RLP) feature.

TVS Apache RTR200 ABS Price in India

The carbureted version of the Apache RTR 200 has an ex-showroom price of Rs 93,685. The new TVS Apache RTR200 ABS goes on sale at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.07 lakh.

TVS Apache RTR200 ABS Specifications

The new Apache RTR200 ABS model will get its juice from a 197.75cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled, carburetted engine that comes paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The motor outputs a max. power of 20.7 BHP at 8,500 RPM and a peak torque of 18.1 Nm at 7,000 RPM.

The bike offers roughly 35 KMPL in city and around 42 KMPL on the highway.
