TVS Apache RTR 200 FI Model Finally Goes on Sale, Price – 1.07 Lakh

TVS Motor Company, the popular Hosur-based South Indian two-wheeler manufacturer, has finally decided to launch the Fuel Injection-equipped version of the Apache 200 4V. It’s noteworthy that the 200cc Apache was launched more than a year ago, but with only a carbureted engine. While the Dual-channel ABS+Pirelli Tyres equipped version of this motorcycle is yet to launch, we are happy that the company has finally decided to launch the TVS Apache RTR 200 FI model at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.07 lakh.

TVS Apache RTR 200 FI Price in India

The carbureted version of the Apache RTR 200 has an ex-showroom price of Rs 92,915. The new FI version has finally gone on sale at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.07 Lakh. The company will soon launch the FI + ABS model of this motorcycle.

TVS Apache RTR 200 FI Specifications

The new Apache RTR 200 Fuel Injection model gets itd juice from a 197.75cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine that benefits from fuel injection. The motor comes paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Compared to the carburettor model, the fuel injection makes the new bike 0.05 seconds faster to 60 KMPH and 0.5 BHP more powerrful. Thanks to FI, the engine now outputs a max. power of 20.7 BHP at 8,500 RPM and a peak torque of 18.1 Nm at 7,000 RPM. The new TVS Apache RTR 200 FI version retains all the other specifications.

TVS Apache RTR 200 FI Mileage

Thanks to the introduction of fuel injection, the new Fuel Injection model ends up offering higher refinement and more smoothness, but also offers slightly higher mileage. The carbureted model offers roughly 32 KMPL in city and around 40 KMPL on the highway. The FI model should end up offering a max. mileage of roughly 35 KMPL in city and around 42 KMPL on the highway.

TVS Apache RTR 200 FI Top Speed, 0-60 KMPH

The Apache RTR200 FI has a top speed of 129 KMPH. It can dismiss 60 KMPH from a standstill in just 3.9 seconds. Compared to the carbureted version, fuel injection makes this bike marginally quicker by 0.05 seconds.
