This video has been created by Mr. Indian Hacker on his YouTube channel. He is India’s one of the biggest YouTubers with over 29 million subscribers. He keeps posting a lot of content around weird experiments involving cars and bikes. This time around, he decides to bring a massive truck to test the build quality of various helmets. These range from Rs 500 to Rs 2,000. All these are ISI-marked which is necessary to not get challaned by the police. Trying to simulate real-world scenarios, he places the helmets sideways on the road.

Then the team decides to run the helmets over one by one. It goes without saying that each helmet was crushed to pieces regardless of its cost. While that was expected, this video aims at making people aware of what could easily happen on the roads. Accidents are rather common. We can’t control that entirely. What we can do, however, is to protect ourselves well enough to minimize the extent of the damage. That is where helmets and other protective gear come into the picture.

Another thing to notice through this video is the fact that the shape of the helmets is round because it allows them to slide on the surface. It is difficult to make a vehicle run over them. That is seen in the video as well where the YouTuber really had to make an effort to ensure that the tyre of the truck runs over the helmets. That is how real protection is ensured.
