In the latest bizarre video, traffic Police personnel are riding the bike on the median. Now, this is, unfortunately, not uncommon on our roads. We keep witnessing people and the authorities flouting traffic regulations on a daily basis. In fact, that is what makes our roads some of the most dangerous in the world. What is funny is that most of these activities are without any actual reason. Perhaps this indicates the lack of seriousness with regard to rules and regulations. Traffic Police Ride Bike on Median
This post comes from fouzankhatkhate0027 on Instagram. It captures a rather disappointing video clip. Two cops are riding a bike on the median between the two lanes of a highway. This is quite bizarre since there is no traffic jam in either lane. What’s even more sad is the fact that one of the cops is not even wearing a helmet. Someone driving on the road made this video clip. It is just unbelievable to witness the very people ridiculing the traffic protocols that are meant to safeguard them.

While there are not many details about this case, the post does read that this occurred on the Bhiwandi Road in Thane, Maharashtra. In any case, when the Police are performing such reckless activities in front of the public, it will send a wrong message to everyone. We understand that at times, the Police are in an emergency situation where they can’t bother about following the traffic rules. But in this case, it doesn’t look like it. In fact, the lanes are not even suffering from traffic jams. Therefore, even if it were an emergency, they could’ve used the siren on the road for the cars to get out of the way.

In this age of the internet where we see so many cases of people flouting traffic regulations, it becomes imperative to inculcate good virtues to ensure that we don’t perform such acts. Also, we must take care of the fact that if we find anyone doing such stunts on the road, we have to report them to the authorities. Hopefully, they will take appropriate action against such miscreants. But when it is the Police doing such acts, there isn’t much we can do. Let’s hope the cops understand their responsibility and don’t repeat such actions.
