Finally, Toyota is ready to launch an all-new Innova HyCross. The Japanese carmaker has released a series of teaser images and visuals that confirm the launch of the new MPV. Additionally, several spy pictures have showcased many exterior and interior details. However, the specific price and variants are still unknown. Now, a new rendering by Malvinwsetiawan has surfaced online. It shows the much-awaited MPV with the signature GR Sport treatment. As you can see below, the Toyota Innova HyCross GR Sport looks like an SUV.

Toyota Innova Hycross GR Sport
The Innova Hycross features a sporty-looking build. The MPV, however, looks even cooler with the GR Sport treatment. The Toyota Fortuner GR Sport is currently a popular car in the Indian market. It comes with many additional features than the standard Fortuner. The new digital rendering adds similar tweaks to the upcoming Innova HyCross (based on the front three-quarter image). It has been designed by the digital artist Malvin WS. In the rendering we have above, the GR Sport version looks quite sporty and aggressive.
On the front, the Toyota Innova HyCross GR Sport gets a gloss black treatment for the front grill inserts. The chrome elements on the front bumper have been replaced by gloss black finished bits. There is also a GR Sport logo on the bottom right corner. Additionally, the sporty look is enhanced by a wide and edgy-looking front splitter. It comes integrated with a silver skid plate in the middle. On the side, you can see a Black finish on the alloy wheels and side skirts below the door panels. Other details remain the same.

No Diesel Option for Hycross
The upcoming Toyota Innova HyCross will get sleeker LED headlamps and daytime running LED inserts on the corners of the front bumper. It comes with a Hybrid badge on the front door panel. Instead of a 2.4-liter diesel engine (seen on Innova Crysta), the new MPV will have a full-hybrid powertrain. In fact, the MPV will be sold in 2 petrol and 3 full-hybrid trims. While it is not confirmed yet, it would be great to see a GR Sport variant of the Innova Hycross in the Indian market. We might see additional features like contrast red stitching, red highlights in the cabin, and GR Sport badges on the seat headrests.
