The Toyota Glanza comes in only two variants – G and V – and here we have compiled a detailed list of features and engine options available with each trim.
Toyota has launched the Glanza at a starting price of Rs. 7.22 lakhs and it tops out at Rs. 8.90 lakhs, all prices ex-showroom, Delhi. It will be available in two variants – a base ‘G’ and a top-spec ‘V’ variant. It will have two engine options – 1.2 Litre DualJet and the 1.2 Litre K12B petrol engine – and also two transmission options of a 5-speed manual and a CVT gearbox.
As part of their new partnership with Maruti Suzuki, the rebadged car looks identical to the Baleno on the exteriors and the interiors, except for the Toyota badges here and there. Even under the hood, the two engines come in the same state of tune as in the Baleno. The K12B engine produces 83 BHP and 113 Nm of peak torque while the Dualjet engine with the mild-hybrid technology produces 90 BHP and 113 Nm of torque.

BS-VI compliance 1.2L K12B engine producing 83 bhp and 115 Nm torque which will come mated to a CVT gearbox.
There will also be the 1.2L smart hybrid engine churning out 89 bhp and 114 Nm torque and this will come mated only to the 5-speed manual gearbox.

The top-spec ‘V’ variant will only come with the 1.2L, K12B petrol engine churning out 83 bhp & 115 Nm of torque. It will come mated to a 5-speed manual or a CVT gearbox.

As far as fuel economy is concerned, Toyota claims a fuel efficiency of 23.87 kmpl from the smart hybrid whereas less powerful engine will give a mileage of 21.01 kmpl. CVT has a claimed efficiency of 19.56 kmpl.
