The Cooper S is powered by a 2.0 L twin turbo 4 cylinder engine that churns out 192 bhp of peak power and 280 Nm of peak torque. Powering the 1 series is a 2.0 litre diesel which produces 143 bhp and 320 Nm of torque. It is also one of the very rear wheel drive hatchbacks in the market. Powering the A-Class is a 1.6 litre petrol engine which puts out 121 bhp of power and 200 Nm of torque, which isn’t exactly the most impressive figures around, but they seem to be enough and it is immense fun to drive as well.
