In a high profile accident, a man crashed his Toyota Corolla Altis in a house in Faridabad. The impact was so high that the car managed to break a 9-feet wall.
Now that the lockdown is going, the usage of cars have been limited only for neccessary purposes. However, here is one such accident that happened on the empty roads near midnight. This is a high profile accident as it has now been reported by a lot of news organizations.
The accident site is in Faridabad, at a T-Point. A high-speeding Corolla Altis was approaching the T-Point. However, the owner could not control the speed and could not make a turn as well. As a result, he went straight and crashed into the house at the front. Normally, you would expect the car to just hit the boundary wall of the house.

However, the Toyota Corolla Altis was at such a high speed that it even broke the 9-inch long wall and went directly near the bedroom of the house owner. As you can see in this photo, the impact is so much that the car, as well as the house, has been completely damaged. We can get one thing clear from this.
The build quality and strength of this Corolla is so well that it actually managed to break down a wall. Due to the impact, two scooters packed outside were crushed and went away with the car, inside the house. The room where the car crashed had a washing machine, a basin and some furniture. All damaged beyond repair.
The owner also said that many bricks from the other part of the house also came down. The air conditioners and some doors also came out because of the impact. No member of the house was present in that room and that’s why no injuries on that side. The driver was said to be drunk and escaped with minor injuries.

As for the Corolla, it has been damaged severely. You can see all six airbags deflated and the front portion with chassis and engine completely damaged. The damage has been contained to the front portion and side fenders. The doors and rear portion remain unaffected. The prices of Corolla started off at Rs 15 Lakhs up to Rs 20.19 Lakhs (ex-showroom).
