Check out this modified Maruti Esteem which gets very few cosmetic upgrades but a lot of performance-boosting upgrades onboard.
Maruti Esteem was India’s one of the most popular budget sedans. Maruti bought it in the 1994 as a low cost under 7 Lakh sedan. It was available in India for 14 years with a couple of facelifts being launched over the period. Esteem went out of production in 2008.
Esteem is still very popular when it comes to modifying old cars and is also seen in many rally races. Here’s one such example of the modified Maruti Esteem which just gets one modification done on the outside. There’s the BBS 15 inch rims and nothing else. Once you look inside the car, you will find tons of performance mods done.
Instead of its 1.3 Litre petrol engine, the Esteem gets a bigger 1.6 Litre engine from Baleno. Instead of the 84 PS, the bigger engine produces 94 PS. Further, it gets original Suzuki Racing Intake Manifold and Race Dynamics ECU Upgrade that has increased by the power figures more than 150 BHP.

The list does not end here. This modified Esteem also gets MSG ignition and RDP racing clutch. Its the whole package here and so many upgrades on an Esteem gives us the urge to just test it out once. It also gets Ohlin Street Comfort Struts, Cobra Lowering Springs and Brembo Brake Rotors and Pads.
