YouTubers often keep coming up with rather bizarre drag race competitions and this is a perfect case in point
In this post, I am covering a drag race competition between the Tesla Cybertruck, Rolls Royce Cullinan and Mercedes AMG G63. Now, I must admit this has to be one of the most diversified sets of vehicles to compete on a drag strip. These range from luxurious, electric and off-roading SUVs. Somehow, all of these are known for their exquisite performance in addition to being ultra-comfortable. So, without any further ado, let us delve into the details of this case.
Tesla Cybertruck v Rolls Royce Cullinan v Mercedes AMG G63 Drag Race
This race was conducted by carwow on YouTube. Carwow is one of the biggest automobile channels in the world. They often keep arranging such intriguing drag race competitions. On the count of three, all drivers accelerate hard. Since the Cybertruck driver jumped the count, the first race was not considered. Thereafter, the races were extremely close and the SUVs were around each other. At the end of round 1, the Cybertruck emerged victorious, followed by the G-Wagon, while the Cullinan stood the last. After multiple attempts, a similar story emerged even though the gap between these cars was quite minor. Hence, the acceleration test from a standstill was won by the electric pickup truck.
Thereafter, the crew was engaged in a roll-out acceleration test from 50 mph and 30 mph. This was interesting since the top speed of the Cybertruck was being reached each time. Hence, it struggled towards the end of the race where the G-Wagon and the Cullinan shined. In the final phase, they performed the braking test from 100 mph (163 km/h). This time around, the Cullinan stopped in the shortest distance, the G-Wagon stopped a little ahead and the Cybertruck stopped the furthest. In fact, they were discussing how perilous it could be with those sharp edges for pedestrians. In any case, these are the details of this acceleration and braking test between these three compelling SUVs.
