Estate Owner Rides Along With His Employees on New Royal Enfield Bikes
For years, P. Sivakumar, the owner of the vast 190-acre tea estate, has been known for his generous Diwali gifts to employees. These have included household appliances and cash bonuses. However, this year, he chose to exceed expectations. He did so by gifting 15 of his employees, including his manager, supervisor, storekeeper, cashier, field staff, and drivers, with Royal Enfield motorcycles. The motorcycle is valued at over Rs 2 lakh apiece. This heartfelt gesture came as a surprise to the recipients.
Following the presentation of the motorcycles, Sivakumar rode alongside his employees on their new bikes, creating a heartwarming moment that was captured in a video and has since gained widespread attention on the internet. An employee from the tea estate, in a conversation with the news agency PTI, conveyed their appreciation for the surprising gifts, stating, “We never anticipated such a gift. The owner presented approximately 15 Royal Enfield bikes, allowing us to choose the one we liked. It’s something I think very few people receive, but we were fortunate to get it. We feel blessed by his generosity and the collaborative efforts we’ve put in.”

Pharma Company Owner Gifts Tata Punch to Top Performers
In a similar gesture, the head of a pharmaceutical company in Haryana gifted Tata Punch cars to his employees as a Diwali surprise. A video capturing MK Bhatia, Chairman of MitsKart, presenting brand-new Tata Punch cars has gone viral. The recipients include twelve staff members, which included an office assistant, quickly gained popularity on social media. Bhatia mentioned that he selected this special gift to acknowledge the commitment and tireless efforts of his employees, many of whom have been with him since the company’s inception several years ago.
