Indian roads are full of shocking incidents and this is the latest case in point
In a new terrible case, a Tata Tiago was seen rolling over after hitting a man on his Royal Enfield Bullet. Now, we come across horrendous incidents on our roads almost every day. In most cases, the driver’s negligence is the main reason for undesirable occurrences. In fact, we lose lakhs of lives each year in road crashes. For now, let us stick to the details of this latest case which has been going viral on the internet.
Tata Tiago Hits Royal Enfield Bullet
The specifics of this case emerge from bulandbharattv on Instagram. The visuals capture the entire incident vividly. In this video, we are able to see a busy road in a crowded market. Cars and bikes are being driven around regularly. Suddenly, a Tata Tiago lost control for some reason and ended up hitting a Royal Enfield Bullet rider coming from the opposite direction. Perhaps the driver tried to control the car by steering too hard. As a result, the vehicle climbed onto the bike and toppled over.
What is the most surprising element of this case is the fact that the biker was able to get up and walk. Thankfully, he was not terribly injured. On the other hand, the vehicle was seen lying on the ground. The onlookers rush to the scene and start pushing the car manually to make it upright. Due to the strength of all those people, the vehicle was able to come to its natural stance. While the details regarding anyone getting injured are not available, since the accident was at low speed, it seems that everyone got away without any scratches. Sure, the bike and the car must’ve incurred some damage, but the situation was under control overall.
My View
I have been reporting loads of unfortunate incidents on our roads for a long time now. Most of these cases take place due to people refusing to follow traffic protocols. However, in some cases, it is a simple lapse of concentration or a case of trying to save the other person or an animal. This looks like one such case. Anyway, I am glad that no one got injured even though the chances of huge damage were high. I would like to urge our readers to always follow traffic regulations and drive carefully. It only takes a split-second for things to go terribly wrong.
