A prominent digital automobile artist has reimagined an enticing rendition of the Tata Safari Storme. It’s worth mentioning that the Safari Storme was one of the most successful SUVs a few years back. Actually, the Safari name has been part of Tata’s lineup for a couple of decades. Over time, the Indian auto giant has created sturdy, off-road-focused, and durable versions of the Safari. However, the current Safari got this name a couple of years ago. Previously, this current model was introduced as a concept under the names Buzzard or Gravitas. For now, let us take a look at the details of this latest illustration.

Tata Safari Storme Reimagined
This exciting concept stems from fashioncarbyrahul on Instagram. It captures a modern twist to the iconic Safari Storme. The artist has made significant efforts to modernise this SUV while keeping the original DNA and charm. As a result, the front fascia looks a lot like the original Safari from back in the day. Note that this model has a slightly bigger front grille than the original model. The Storme badge on the upper section of the grille oozes contemporary design theme. Also, the large headlamp and fog lamps ensure adequate visibility while night drives. There is also a rugged skid plate under the front bonnet in grey.

The side profile is dominated by ultra-modern alloy wheels with a red brake calliper. It maintains the tall boy stance with a boxy silhouette. The chunky side body skirtings are pretty reminiscent of the original model. Also, the side steps enhance the ingress and egress characteristics for the passengers. There are functional roof rails which are typical of large SUVs. Finally, the rear section also lends a techy appearance to the SUV. There is an LED light bar which runs the width of the bootlid. Look closely and you would find a twin-exhaust setup with chrome finish and a 4×4 badging. It also gets a slim bar and a slab under the light bar to impose a rugged appearance. All in all, this is a modern rendition of the iconic SUV.

Author’s Note
There are many rumours suggesting a revival of the Safari Storme variant. However, it is hard to understand why Tata would do that. It is already working on the electric versions of the existing Harrier and Safari. Apart from that, it is about to launch the CURVV in petrol, diesel and electric versions. Hence, we are not sure where the Safari Storme would fit in the portfolio of the Indian auto giant. Still, to encounter the vintage SUV from the era gone by is exciting.
