The Indian auto giant often comes up with innumerable special edition models of its vehicles to attract new buyers
In this post, we take a look at the Tata Safari Stealth Edition in a walkaround video. Safari has been the flagship SUV of Tata Motors for a long time now. It represents the best that Tata has to offer. The competition in this segment has risen exponentially in the last few years. Hence, it becomes critical to ensure that a particular model stands out from the crowd. In order to achieve that, Tata Motors has introduced a Stealth Edition of the Safari SUV. Let us take a look at the details here.
Tata Safari Stealth Edition
This post stems from Rajni Chaudhary on YouTube. She has the new SUV with her. She even interacts with the buyer of this vehicle. On the outside, there are no physical changes to the body of the Safari. However, the main attraction has to be the matte black paint along with piano black elements. This lends the exterior a mega-sporty vibe. On the inside, this edition receives unique elements like carbon fiber finish on many components including the dashboard, centre console, etc. Apart from that, the top amenities include:
- Free-standing 12.3-inch Infotainment Screen
- 10.25-inch Digital Instrument Cluster
- Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto Smartphone Connectivity
- Wireless Charging
- Powered and Ventilated Front Seats
- Rear Window Blinds
- Ambient Lighting
- Two-Spoke Steering Wheel with Illuminated Tata Logo
- Dual-Zone Climate Control
- 360-Degree Camera
- ADAS
- 7 Airbags
- 10-Speaker JBL Sound System
- Panoramic Sunroof
- Touch-Sensitive HVAC Controls
- 5-star Global NCAP Safety Rating
Specs
Note that there are no alterations to the engine and transmission options from the standard Safari as well. This means that the Stealth Edition continues with the Fiat-sourced 2.0-litre turbo diesel mill which produces a decent 170 PS and 350 Nm of peak power and torque, respectively. Performing the transmission duties is either a 6-speed manual or an automatic transmission. Since the Stealth Edition is based on the Accomplished Plus trims, the prices start from Rs 25.75 lakh and go all the way up to Rs 27.25 lakh, ex-showroom.
