The Tata Nexon hasn’t exactly been a best-seller but it has surely managed to garner huge popularity, most of which comes from the fact that it became the first Indian car to bag full 5-star adult protection rating by NCAP. The Nexon has been giving a tough time to other sub-compact SUVs like the Maruti Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Kia Sonet, Mahindra XUV300, Renault Kiger, Nissan Magnite and Ford Ecosport. Tata recently rolled out some updates for this model, which includes the introduction of a ‘Dark Edition‘ model. Meanwhile, many owners of this sub-compact-SUV have gone ahead and modified their vehicles to suit their personal tastes. Here’s a Tata Nexon XMA(S) variant that has received an updated interior to achieve a premium cabin ambience.

The video of this modified Tata Nexon XMA(S) has been uploaded on Car Stylein Youtube channel and the video gives us a good look at all the customisations that this car carries. While this sub-compact-SUV stays untouched outside, the interior has been thoroughly modified. It must be noted here that this is among the lower variants of the Maruti Vitara Brezza-rival and features an all-black cabin. The dashboard features silver trim at many places in order to achieve a more upmarket look. The door pads have received coffee brown upholstery that would remind you of the Harrier’s cabin.
The same brown material is even been used on the pillars. On the other hand, the seats get dual-tone upholstery. It definitely looks like the quality of this mod job is quite high, especially if you how well the seats have been upholstered. The brown-black covers with silver stitching give a very good appearance to the cabin. Even the steering wheel comes with a cover in the same shade. While the outside part of the rim of the steering wheel gets the brown-coloured cover, the inside is covered in black. Also, as this is a lower-trim, it misses out on the touchscreen infotainment unit but the customizers have installed an aftermarket.
