In a tragic turn of events, an uncontrolled speeding Tata Nexon EV hits and kills a woman while she was jogging on the side of the road in Mumbai. This is, unfortunately, not the first time an innocent pedestrian lost her life due to the utter careless driving of a car owner. There are many drivers on our roads who completely disregard traffic regulations and laws and end up with fatal consequences. However, it is just misfortunate that an unsuspecting bystander had to pay the price of that with her life. Here are the details.

Tata Nexon EV Kills Woman
The video has been uploaded by Prateek Singh on YouTube. This channel keeps posting content around the performances of popular cars during unfortunate incidents and road safety. This time around, the accident has been reported from Worli, Mumbai. Rajalakshmi Vijay was the CEO of Altruist Technologies. She recently completed the 2023 Tata Mumbai Marathon and loved to jog. As per the information in the video, the Nexon EV driver was overspeeding as confirmed by the onlookers.

The 23-year-old driver lost control and ended up colliding with the barricade before hitting Rajalakshmi. Due to high speed, she was thrown into the air and landed some distance away. Having suffered severe head injuries, she succumbed to her injuries on the spot. The driver of the Nexon EV has been arrested and is undergoing medical to ascertain whether or not he was under the influence of any intoxicants.
