Despite the popularity of this video, you won’t actually see all that many similar stunts where people are destroying cars for fun.
The popular YouTuber has arranged a demolition derby with a Tata Nano and Mercedes E-Class. Mr. Indian Hacker keeps posting such uncommon videos and people love watching these. We have previously reported innovative videos as well. The sheer purpose of these videos is entertainment. However, some of these could be quite dangerous as well. That is also the reason why the YouTuber shares disclaimers at the beginning that the viewers should not try such stunts at home. The team takes all the necessary precautions to ensure that no one is injured. But one can never be too sure.

Nano Mercedes Demolition Derby
In this video, a Tata Nano is kept at some distance from the Mercedes E-Class. The aim is to drive the Mercedes using a remote controller and collide with the Nano. The inside of the Mercedes has been completely transformed to enable self-driving. No driver is needed to manoeuvre the car. Pistons are used to control and brake and accelerator pedal. A remote is calibrated to take control of all the functions of the car. The steering is also missing. The YouTuber mentions that they have to be extra careful in stopping the Merc as the brakes don’t function properly. If the car doesn’t stop after the impact, it could get out of control and hit the walls of the facility.
Once everything is set up, the YouTuber starts the Merc and puts it in drive mode. Being an automatic, there is no issue of stalling. As soon as the brake is released, the car could be accelerated. In the first attempt, the Merc hits the front side of the Nano and the door and fender area is crumpled. The Merc didn’t seem to bear too many scars from the impact. In the second attempt, however, the collision is right in the middle of the Nano and both the cars sustained heavy damage. Not done with the fun, the YouTuber and his team decided to place the Nano in such a way that its roof is facing the raging Merc.

In this round, the impact was so severe that the Nano is totally damaged and the Merc is topple over too. Its air filter is seen lying on the ground. There are quite a few major dents in both the cars. While this was fun, we urge our readers to never try such stunts for your safety.
