Tata Harrier Ownership Review
This video comes from NTT Cars on YouTube. The host has the owner of the Harrier with him. The latter narrates the incidents he encountered with the SUV over the duration of the ownership. To start with, there were some issues with the touchscreen infotainment and driver’s instrument cluster with the SUV. For this, the service centre officials replaced the silver box. However, the issue still persisted. The owner also mentioned that he had to replace it yet again. Still, the part didn’t even last 10 days. Apart from that, he mentions that a part of the engine mount also broke. That is a critical component of any car.

The question that the owner poses to Tata Motors is regarding the reliability of the spare parts. Since his SUV is under warranty at the moment, he is able to repair it without any charges. However, once the warranty runs out, how will he be able to afford this constant part failure issue. Also, there is a vibration issue with the transmission. In fact, the owner says that he often uses his scooty to get around just because he is afraid of the problems in the SUV. The duo in the video also acknowledges the fact that there are many Tata car owners who don’t face these issues. Still, even if there are some cases of such problems, people should know about them.
