The Tata H5X will be powered by the Fiat’s 2.0-litre Multijet II engine. To produce 140 bhp and 180 bhp for the 5-seater and 7 seater version respectively.
Tata Motors is hell bent to improve its passenger segment products and the brand image associated with it. The latest products by the automaker have outshined the company’s targets and showcased the consumer’s will to accept unconventional design. Tata took its cues from the current generation products to improvise further and introduced the company’s Impact Design 2.0, the latest design language. The dominating factors in the new design language are more muscular vehicles, a better stance with segment-leading wheel size. All of this leading to more emphasis on the style quotient. Tata H5X – Rendering
Our friends at IndianAutosBlog have come up with a production-ready rendering of the upcoming Tata SUV, the H5X. The Tata H5X was showcased at the 2018 Auto Expo. The concept left the audience awestruck with its design and capabilities. In the rendering shared above, we can notice the flared wheel arches signifying muscular build. The sloping roofline is a reminiscence of a coupe-like styling and the 19-inch wheels look outright delicious. Lastly, the high set bonnet along with the aggressive and sharp front end will SUV-ish and would be loved by the customers. The stance of the upcoming SUV reminds me of a cross between the Land Rover Discover Sport and the Range Rover Evoque. This rather delicious combination is the one to look out for. According to Pratap Bose, Tata Motor’s head of design, 80-80% design of the H5X concept will be carried over to the production version.
