Tata CURVV vs MG ZS EV – Design Comparison
While the production-ready version of the CURVV will be showcased near the launch date, this concept version looks quite modern and elegant. There are no traditional headlamps at the front, but a long and sleek LED strip running the width of the bonnet, being an EV, there is no grille but a sealed section typical to EVs, the lower bumper area is finished in black complementing the blue body colour quite well, the multi-triangular pattern for the fog lamps on the sides of the bumper looks futuristic. The side profile is dominated by the sloping offline that neatly integrates into the boot completing the coupe shape. The alloy wheels are quite sporty and stylish and the black side body cladding imposes the SUV stance. All in all, the Tata CURVV electric SUV concept is quite sensuous to look at and definitely the winner of this part of our Tata CURVV vs MG ZS EV comparison.
In comparison, the MG ZS EV sports the familiar appearance that the Astor also comes with. This is not a negative since the design of the ZS EV is modern, especially with the updated version. The front features the boomerang-style LED DRLs along with sleek LED headlamps, there is the updated front grille area which is now a single part instead of a separate section, there is plenty of bling using chrome on the lower bumper, door handles and side body cladding, the roof rails are functional and the alloy wheels looks attractive and sporty. At the rear, the ZS EV offers split LED taillamps with a rugged skid plate finished in chrome.
