Indian roads can throw up all sorts of unpredictable circumstances some of which can be perilous
In a rather shocking turn of events, a Tata Curvv driver parked the SUV in the middle of the road. However, when the other road users complained, the owner came out with a rifle in his hands. That is incredibly scary and dangerous. We know that Indian roads are mighty perilous for all sorts of reasons. For instance, Indian drivers are, unfortunately, famous for not completely adhering to traffic laws. On top of that, the streets can sometimes be graced by the presence of wild animals. But to pull out weapons is a different kind of boldness. Let us take a look at the details here.
Tata Curvv Owners Threatens People With Rifle
The specifics of this case stem from smart.indianews on Instagram. The visuals capture the entire turn of events as they unfolded. As per the information in the video, this incident took place in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. We are able to witness the driver of the Curvv park his SUV in the middle of the road. Interestingly, this is a local street which means that it is immensely crowded. With local shops set up around the roads, people are buying things from them. The Curvv owner also got out to purchase flowers. However, he halted the traffic due to parking his coupe SUV right in the middle of the road.
When the road users complained, the owner of the Tata Curvv emerged from the rear seat of the car with a rifle in his hand. He got involved in a heated argument with the other car owners. Someone on the other side of the road captured the entire saga in a video clip. Thankfully, after threatening the man with a rifle, the Curvv owner got back into the car without actually hurting anyone. Clearly, this incident needs a thorough investigation from the authorities and the Police. This is an extreme case of road rage which has been going viral online.
My View
I have been covering stories pertaining to road rage for a long time now. I must admit that people always lose their cool in such cases on the road. In the heat of the moment, we often see them make instinctive decisions which they regret for the rest of their lives. I can only hope that the Police investigate this matter and punish the culprit. Irrespective of what is happening on the road, no one should never pull out a weapon. We must exercise patience in such cases and have control over ourselves to prevent making a stupid mistake which could turn fatal in a matter of seconds. Let us pledge to be responsible road users.
