Both the hatchbacks get BS-6 compliant petrol engines. Altroz uses a 1.2 Litre three-cylinder engine that produces 86 BHP and 113 Nm of torque. Baleno gets a 1.2 Litre four-cylinder engine with Smart-Hybrid technology, producing 88 BHP and 113 Nm of peak torque.
