Tata Motors has made safety a priority offering world-class safety equipment and build quality even in its most affordable models.
A Tata Altroz owner stands atop the bonnet to highlight the build quality. Altroz is a popular premium hatchback that locks horns with the likes of the Maruti Baleno and Hyundai i20 in our market. This segment caters to the audience looking for a family vehicle somewhere in between entry-level budget cars and trendy mid-size SUVs. Altroz has received a full 5-star safety rating at the Global NCAP and is the only product to do so in its segment. However, people can display weird ways to test it.

Tata Altroz Owner Stands Atop the Bonnet
This image has been shared on Facebook. Such social media users often glorify the car in strange ways. To do that, this well-built man decided to stand on the bonnet of his Altroz. The aim is to show everyone that the bonnet doesn’t get deformed or affected in any way. It is pretty interesting, but we are unsure if such methods are enough to prove the build quality of any car.

In fact, the Global NCAP and other such agencies consider tons of parameters before rating any car. Moreover, various car elements are designed meticulously, keeping the latest regulations in mind, including passenger safety, pedestrian safety, adequate crumple zone, etc. Hence, whether or not the bonnet gets deformed by the man’s weight is, in essence, pointless. Therefore, we advise our readers to consume such information with a fistful of salt.
