It is not uncommon for car owners to form their clubs and groups on social media and arrange meet-ups every once in a while. In fact, on the previous occasion, 49 SUVs had gathered in a similar event. However, the owners wanted to create a new record this time around. And the event attracted 92 Jimnys on this occasion. They are seen doing off-roading activities.

Jimny is a lightweight off-roading SUV that offers people to have a product that can satiate their thirst for adventure without burning a hole through their pockets. For the SA trim, the SUV comes powered by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with VVT that makes 75 kW and 130 Nm of peak power and torque. There are options of choosing between a 5-speed MT and a 4-speed AT gearbox. Being an off-roader, it has a decent ground clearance of 210 mm.

The approach angle, break-over angle and departure angle are 37 degrees, 28 degrees and 49 degrees respectively. It comes with 15-inch alloy wheels with AllGrip Pro Part-time 4WD with a low-range transfer gear, Hill Hold and Descent Control and LSD traction control. In the upcoming Auto Expo India in January 2023, Suzuki Jimny for India will most likely feature. It could be a 5-door version for a more practical application.
