As we told you earlier, Suzuki is also planning for the Intruder 250. IAB has put out a speculative rendering on the cruiser and this is how it could look!
Suzuki entered the 200-300cc motorcycle segment with the new Quarter Litre Gixxer. A completely new styling inspired by the GSX series is seen on the new motorcycle. The Gixxer SF 155 also gets the same styling.
The 250cc engine is going to come on other models as well, starting with the naked Gixxer. Suzuki has confirmed that it will launch Gixxer 250 in the coming few months, most likely be Festive Season 2019.
Suzuki Intruder is also reported to get the same engine, but it would not be launched this year. Speculations suggest that it might be seen at the 2020 Auto Expo, where it will be launched.

The above rendering from IAB shows that the Intruder 250 looks similar to the Intruder 155. If you look closely, it appears to be a bit more bulky. The alloy wheels are also new, taken from the Gixxer 250.
The fuel tank is revised and bigbger as well. At the front, there is a small LED DRL below the tinted visor for better aerodynamics. The handlebar position is the same here.
The rear portion of the cruiser is also tweaked to look bigger. The pillion set is a bit raised, still continuing with the single-seat. The exhaust muffler also seems to be taken from the Gixxer 250.
For suspension, it continues with telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the back. Disc brakes at both the ends with a dual-channel ABS will provide the braking power, instead of a single-ABS in the 155cc model.

Intruder 250 will use the 249cc single-cylinder oil-cooled engine, that delivers 26.5 BHP and 22.9 Nm of peak torque, while mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The gearing ratio might be tuned for comfortable throttle responses.
Once launched, it will be the only quarter-litre cruiser in India. However, it might find some competition with Jawa Forty-Two, Jawa and Royal Enfield Classic 350.
